How does it work?
Visit www.bgift.ae, select your products, add a personalized message, and choose a delivery date if you like. Need help choosing items? Contact us and we’ll help you create a unique gift box.
Can I change my order?
Changes are possible only before your order is prepared. Contact contact@bgift.ae or +971 52 974 3034 as soon as possible.
What are the delivery times and fees?
Dubai: Same-day (orders before 12 PM) 39 aed or FREE next-day delivery
Other Emirates: 3–4 days, 39 aed.
Missed delivery: We’ll attempt delivery again. If still unsuccessful, reshipping may incur a fee.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Please double-check your address before ordering—addresses cannot be changed after shipping.
How is my gift packaged?
Gifts are discreetly packaged without pricing info.
You can add handwritten notes or special decorations.
Every single bulk ship order has a "to/from" gift tag tied into the bow, so you can stay organized! Just be sure to fill out the To/From section at checkout!
Box sizes are automatically chosen to fit your items.
We automatically choose the box size based on your selected items. Occasionally, we may adjust the size to ensure everything fits or looks perfect. Our team reserves the right to make these adjustments while packing your gift.
All Marketplace orders come unwrapped.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Personalized items: Unfortunately, these cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged.
Standard items: We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item is defective or delivered incorrectly.
Refunds: Any refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
What are your delivery timelines?
Dubai: Same-day (for orders placed before 12 PM) or next-day delivery via hand delivery.
Other Emirates: 1 to 3 days via courier. Delivery dates are estimates; your order may arrive a day earlier or later.
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
Yes! We create custom and branded boxes for companies, weddings, or special events.
Minimum order for custom boxes: Usually 10 units.
