1. Introduction 
BGIFT, licensed under Trade License No. [1546538], Dubai Mainland, provides e-commerce gift box services through www.bgift.ae. By accessing and using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Eligibility & Account Use 
Services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors may use the website only under parental or guardian supervision. Customers are responsible for providing accurate details and maintaining confidentiality of their information. 

3. Ordering & Customization 
Customers can select products, personalize messages, and choose delivery dates. Changes are only allowed before the order is prepared. Contact: contact@bgift.ae or +971 52 974 3034. 

4. Pricing & Payment 
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and service level. BGIFT may update prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected. 
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other secure options shown at checkout. Transactions are subject to verification; BGIFT may cancel orders if payment is declined or suspected fraudulent. 

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation 
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. BGIFT may refuse or cancel orders in cases such as product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect customer details, or suspected fraud. 
Customers may cancel only before the order is prepared. Once preparation or dispatch begins, cancellation is not possible. 

6. Consumer Rights 
In accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), customers are entitled to: 
- Clear and transparent information about products and services. 
- The right to file complaints in case of defects, misdelivery, or non-compliance. 
- Fair compensation if goods are defective or not as described. 

7. Delivery & Timelines 
Dubai: Same-day delivery (orders before 12 PM) or next-day via hand delivery. 
Other Emirates: 1–4 working days via courier. 
Delivery dates are estimates; orders may arrive earlier or later. If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, BGIFT will attempt redelivery, and re-shipping fees may apply. 

8. Returns & Claims 
Personalized items: Non-refundable unless defective. 
Standard items: Refund or exchange if defective or misdelivered. 
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14 business days. 

9. Privacy & Data Protection 
BGIFT collects necessary details (name, address, contact, encrypted payment info) to process orders and coordinate deliveries. Payments are processed via secure 3D Secure gateways; BGIFT does not store card data. Customers may access, correct, or delete their data via support@bgift.ae. BGIFT complies with UAE Federal Data Protection Law No. 45 of 2021. 

10. Intellectual Property 
All content (logo, designs, images, texts, product arrangements) is the exclusive property of BGIFT and protected by UAE copyright and trademark laws. No part may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without BGIFT’s prior written consent. 

11. User Obligations 
Customers are responsible for the content of their personalized gift messages. Content must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringe intellectual property rights. BGIFT reserves the right to refuse printing messages that violate these rules. 

12. Limitation of Liability 
BGIFT shall not be liable for: 
- Delays or failures caused by courier companies, force majeure, or recipient unavailability. 
- Indirect or consequential damages from website or service use. 
- Reactions or issues from third-party branded products. 
Maximum liability shall not exceed the order’s value. 

13. Force Majeure 
BGIFT is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, epidemics, technical failures, or courier disruptions. 

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 
These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes are subject to Dubai Courts’ jurisdiction, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights. 

15. Amendments 
BGIFT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Update” date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Promotions & Campaigns 
From time to time, BGIFT may offer discounts, promotions, or special campaigns. All promotional offers will: 
- Clearly state the validity period, applicable products, and discount value. 
- Be subject to stock availability and “while supplies last” terms, when applicable. 
- Remain subject to UAE Consumer Protection Law; discounted items are refundable or exchangeable if defective or misdelivered. 
- Not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. 
BGIFT reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time, in accordance with the approvals and requirements of the UAE Ministry of Economy.
